 The
way the leadership of a church communicates in meetings is
vital to the life of the local church. Many times the local
leadership has chosen to take the safe approach to their
meetings. This approach often does not produce the desired
results. The temptation of leadership is to play it safe and
to avoid the tough discussions and decisions that would best
suit the church, but which would require they remove the
mask that protects them from each other.
Removing the MASKS is a simple monograph based on Biblical
and business standards that have shown themselves to be both
effective and beneficial.
As followers of Christ we must remember “whenever anyone
turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away.” Our goal should
always be Leadership Without Masks.
In this simple monograph is the foundational concepts needed
to help the members of the local Church leadership function
in a more open and honest environment.
